All clubs are now to send 4 individual club board members representing 4 different club officer roles to attend the Club Officer Training (COT) in order to get the DCP Point.
If any of the four members attending has a double role as well, then this role will be added as an additional attendance point for the DCP calculation.
The only exception to this is if a club has less than 4 club board members in total. Then providing all 3 officers participate their double roles also count.
THere will be also some incentives for clubs who send all seven officers to summer COT. Read the full document HERE.

Prior to the meeting, check the new Club Officer online manual HERE - it includes some material from Pathways base camp. Make sure you read the session related to your role.

Very welcome!
