!!! REFORMATION UPDATE !!!

Dear Toastmasters,

It´s a very exciting time. District 59 is in the process of reformation. We need to create two smaller districts out of our large one. The District 59 Executive Committee will be voting on the structure of the two new European Districts during the Spring Conference business meeting in Poznan.

A draft for a possible reformation was sent in for analysis by Division E. The Reformation Committee anaylzed this draft using the criteria set by Toastmasters International. This draft has not met the criteria. You may view this draft and read in a letter to the Division E Governor why this draft does not meet the best interests of both new districts. The reformation committee had been set up to create and analyze possible proposals for the new districts following Toastmasters International policies and guidelines.  The two proposals that have met the criteria are available for viewing at http://www.district59.org/about-district-59/reformation-process/ . Scroll to the bottom of the page for information in English, German and French.
